Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the education sector for Esri India. through a country-wide team of sales executives and channel partners.
Generating opportunities, managing sales process and business development for Esri India offerings / solutions.
Drive strategic programs like Esri India’s Center of Competence (CoC) program
Achieving revenue and adoption of targets for the sector.
Build, enhance & sustain high level / strategic relationships with key education customers.
Strategize and support team members to close opportunities and to build and expand ecosystem of consultants and partners.
This role requires ability to create a vision for the sector and formulate strategies for continued success in growing revenue and adoption of Esri technology.
Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to drive the business in higher education segment with minimal supervision.
Must have handled Higher Education segment as a market for a software product across India.
Should have dealt independently with state government department officials and bureaucrats.
Should understand the entire sales process in higher education
