Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Presales Manager with core experience in applying Esri GIS Technology to solve customer challenges. The right candidate will have strong understanding of domain specific challenges of Government Users and help our customers developing innovative Solutions based on Esri GIS technologies platform. The candidate needs to be individually driven, passionate professional to help us grow our success in this market. This opportunity requires someone with strong understanding on Esri Technology range like ArcGIS Server Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, Spatial Analytics and partner technologies like Image Processing, GPS, Drones etc.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand Customer challenges and propose solutions based on latest Esri GIS technology trends.
- Design and Present Solution Architecture based on customer needs.
- Execute, Deliver and Demonstrate PoC based on Customer Needs
- Prepare Approach Notes and guide team for Enterprise Deployment
- Work as Consultant / Advisor to customer organizations and help them in driving their vision.
- Engage in business development and design compelling solution-based value propositions by identifying clients’ challenges and needs and developing solutions which meet those needs.
- Consistently conduct research and pursue professional development to ensure competitive knowledge and translate this into Presales strategy.
- Represent Esri India solutions at webinars, seminars, exhibitions, tradeshows, partner and user events through the preparation and presentation of creative technical demonstrations to showcase our technology and services.
- Provide coaching to other team members to promote knowledge sharing and develop their capabilities.
- Effectively communicate complex issues, verbally and in writing, to internal and external audiences
- Lead by example through perseverance and take initiatives to resolve issues/challenges.
Desired Skills
- 10+ years of practical Esri Enterprise GIS Solution experience
- Deep understanding and Hands on experience on Esri GIS Platform
- Experience using ArcGIS Online, Portal, configuring Story maps, Dashboards etc.
- Understanding of Satellite Imagery and Sensors data
- Experience in solution architecture, design, and deployment.
- Excellent conversation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with Sales and Business Development Teams with a strong focus on closing deals and achieve revenue targets for the organization.
- Ability to think strategically and solve challenges.
- Ability to understand business situations and make sound decisions about positioning technology and solution.
- Effective relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated consultative approach when working with core clients.
- Ability to manage key transformational engagements, and large deals.
- Strong desire to learn new things.
- Domain experience in eGovernance, Disaster Management, Natural Resources & Environment will be a plus.
Required Skills
- Experience in ArcGIS Enterprise, Desktop, & Cloud technology.
- Experience in new technology areas like AI/ML/Big Data/Imagery/ IOT/ 3D Analytics
- Experience as Presales / Solution Lead position.
- Experience in team management & customer relationship management.
