Role Overview
Working as technical support or technical customer services, understanding system administration & troubleshooting of multiple operating systems like Windows and Linux / Unix
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn new products/extensions of Esri & provide demos , develop prototypes and training to the client & other members in the organization.
- Client Management: To understand the client requirement & guide the client in in various aspects like data required, expected deliverables, possible
- solutions etc. Act as a coordinator between the client & other functions in Esri.
- Participate in the technical proof of concepts (PoC) using different tools and techniques
- Work at the client site.
- Support in estimation and feasability for various RFPs
Desired Skills
M.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc.Tech in GIS, Geography, Geology, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or any other relevant field.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of GIS & Remote Sensing.
- Knowledge and experience of Esri products like ArcGIS desktop, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online Or Enterprise, etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ready to work at client side (India).
- Must have analytical and customer handeling skill.
Good to have Skills
Knowledge of Esri Business Analyst, data interpretation, Spatial analysis, Esri Model Builder, Creation of web apps & publishing various layers ( available in different formats ) in AGOL/ArcGIS server.
