How to submit your work?

  • Submit your ArcGIS project as a screen recording (in a PPT with workflow description) or a document/presentation with screenshots.
  • Showcase analytical workflows, visualizations, or outcomes created using ArcGIS tools, datasets, or APIs.
  • Submit your work through this form.
  • Include your contact number, email ID (associated with your ArcGIS account), and ArcGIS Personal Use License Number or Online username along with your submission.
  • Three winners will be selected and notified.

FAQ

The program is open to residents of India, Nepal, and Bhutan who use ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online, including professionals, educators, and students.

  • Your Name
  • Your phone number and email ID (associated with ArcGIS Account).
  • Your ArcGIS Personal Use license number or AGOL Username.
  • Your ArcGIS Project

The last date to submit your entry is August 17, 2025. You can also submit multiple entries as long as work is original.​

Selected entries will be featured on Esri India’s official website, social media channels, and more.​

  • Submit your work in PPT, PDF, or Word format.
  • If submitting a screen recording/video, embed it in a presentation and include a brief description of the objective, tools used, workflow, and key outcomes.
  • If submitting a document, be sure to include screenshots of your work.
  • The maximum size allowed for submission is 100 MB.

Our team will reach out to you via email if your project is shortlisted for a feature.​
