Extended Support

Extended Support offers you additional site visits of our technical expert based on your request for more engaged technical discussions. This includes additional one visit per quarter on request to support your installation and technical issues. You can also get organizational benefits by requesting specific technology webinars for your larger group of staff. Extended Support is available to customers who are under Esri warranty or maintenance program.

Online support on MyEsri portal is enabled for Esri products only. Support for partner products e.g. ENVI and ArcFM is available via email and telephone.
