Eligibility and Requirements
Your map must be created using ArcGIS, GeoAI, or any other tool based on ArcGIS technology.
Size & Format: High resolution PDF (Max size allowed: 20 MB)
Selected creators will be required to bring a printed high-resolution version of the map in the following format.
- Size: A3 Landscape
- DPI: 300
- Paper Thickness: 300 GSM or Artboard Paper
Accompanying Information: A brief description (2-3 sentences) explaining the map and its context.
Number of Submissions
- Participants may submit up to three (3) unique maps.
- Rules for multiple submissions:
- Each entry must be distinct and original
- No content may be duplicated across entries submitted by the same participant
- Duplicate submissions of the same map will not be accepted
How it Works
- Submit your most compelling map for consideration. All eligible entries will be evaluated by a committee. The decision of Esri India will be final.
- Creators of selected maps will be notified and will be provided free registration to Esri India User Conference (UC) 2026 (September 2-3, 2026).
- Selected maps will be showcased in the Esri India UC Map Gallery.
- From all showcased maps, one winner will be selected by the jury at the Esri India UC. Be prepared to answer questions about your work and share the inspiration, approach, and impact behind your map.
- The winner will be awarded during the closing session of Esri India UC.
- The submitted maps can be used in Esri India's marketing collaterals, communication channels, and digital platforms.
