1. Role: Information Security Engineer - Noida

Experience: 5-7 Years
Location: Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with CISO to implement and strengthen Info-Sec across various department/ verticals.
  • Managing the daily operation and implementation of the IT security strategy.
  • Conducting a continuous assessment of current IT security practices and systems and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns.
  • Overseeing the management of the IT security department, giving leadership to the team and developing staff.
  • Running security audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and governance is met.
  • Delivering new security technology approaches and implementing next generation solutions.
  • Direct and approve the design of security systems.
  • Driving change projects and building new IT capabilities.
  • Developing and implementing business continuity plans to ensure service is continuous when a change programme is introduced, or a security breach occurs or in the event that the disaster recovery plan needs to be triggered.
  • Protecting the intellectual property of the organisation at all times.
  • Make sure that cyber security policies and procedures are communicated to all personnel and that compliance is enforced.
  • Addressing the security vulnerability on finding a potential threat or attempted breach.
  • Devising strategies and implementing IT solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks.
  • Reviewing, analysing and delivering data information.

Minimum Skills required:
  • Digital leadership skills – capable of empowering and leading an IT team to meet business and IT security goals.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving IT landscape and keep pace with latest thinking and new security technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills – providing verbal and written communication that is outstanding to both direct reports and senior management as well as other stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable – capable of changing direction where required and showing flexibility to meet new demands.
  • Sound knowledge of network stack, and Security components like firewalls, IPS/IDS, other security tools for Application Security Testing.
  • Knowledge of information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001 etc.), rules & regulations related to information security (e.g. PCI, Personal Data Protection, etc.).

Minimum Skills required:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate / BCA / MCA ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Quality ISO 9001 auditor.

2. Role: Regional Sales Manager (West) – Utility, Telco

Experience: 10-12 Years
Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating opportunities, managing sales process and business development for Esri India offerings / solutions for Utility, Telco, Transportation sectors.
  • Own the accounts and the opportunities to ensure success.
  • Achieving revenue targets set for these services.
  • Responsible for account mining, new customer acquisition, relationship management for the assigned geographies in the assigned verticals.
  • Build, enhance & sustain high level / strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Strategize and work with other team members to close opportunities and to build and expand ecosystem of SIs, Consultants, partners, etc.

Minimum Skills required:
  • Must have handled utility / transportation accounts, sales processes and revenue.
  • Should have experience in handling and closing opportunities of at least 7.5 Mil and above.
  • Should know GIS implementations and technology know-how.
  • Should understand the entire sales cycle in both government and private entities.
