Can I turn off autorenewal?
Yes. Please follow the steps below to turn off autorenewal for a subscription:
- Log in to My Esri.
- Select your Esri global customer number.
- Find the product and subscription that you would like to update.
- Change the slider from Yes to No, and your change will be submitted.
