What's included in registration

Registration includes access to all scheduled conference events and sessions, including the Plenary Session, technical sessions, and partner presentations.

While you pack your bags for Goa, here are a few key points you may like to make a note of:

  • Esri India will provide hotel accommodation to the confirmed delegates from 5th - 7th May.
  • Delegates are required to book and plan their travel to Goa and back. Delegates are required to reach Goa airport (Dabolim) by 5th afternoon and schedule their departure from the hotel by 11 am on 7th May.
  • Dress Code: Smart Business Casuals for conference sessions. For leisure activities, including water sports, please carry appropriate clothing.
  • All expenses of personal nature (e.g. in-room dining, mini bar, spa, laundry services, etc.) during the stay will be borne by the delegates.
  • Kindly register and share your travel plan at the earliest for the Esri India events team to arrange your airport pickup.
